Healdsburg police have arrested a man for allegedly attempting to kidnap two 12-year-old girls at Giorgi Park. Last night, police met with the girls’ adult family members at the park. They located the suspect nearby in a car and he fled after being approached by officers. As he drove away, he struck one of the adult family members who was later treated at a local hospital. The suspect crashed into a residence in the 400 block of Mason Street and fled on foot. He was then captured a short while later.
