A Santa Rosa police trainee and her field training officer made a drug arrest while on patrol. On Wednesday, the two were in the parking lot of Santa Rosa Marketplace when they saw a suspicious vehicle that was parked. The driver appeared to either be sleeping or passed out. After further investigation, the driver was found to be in possession of multiple narcotics and paraphernalia, along with checks and identifications that didn’t belong to him. The unnamed suspect was charged with multiple felonies and a misdemeanor.
