Get a head start on Halloween tonight. Santa Rosa police are hosting their 4th annual Trunk-or-Treat event tonight from 4 to 7 PM at the Santa Rosa Veterans Building. It’s a free drive-thru where over 25 community organizations will be passing out candy. Police Chief John Cregan says it will be a fun and safe way for everyone to enjoy Halloween beforehand, in costume or not.
