One person suffered burns during a small vegetation fire off of Llano Road. Yesterday afternoon, firefighters received calls about a vegetation fire in between Llano Road and the Sebastopol city limits. Firefighters arrived and extinguished a fire that burned about a half acre of cut grass and brush South of the Joe Rodota Trail. A homeless encampment was located in the burn area and the fire was most likely a result of cooking within the encampment. One person within the encampment sustained burn injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
