There is new information about a woman who was found beheaded at a home in northwest Santa Rosa. The victim, found dead last Thursday, has been identified as 64-year-old Elvia Lopez-Arroyo of Santa Rosa. Police confirm Arroyo’s head was found Saturday night, on the south bank of Santa Rosa Creek. It was in an area just south of Downtown Santa Rosa. The woman’s 23-year-old grandson, Luis Gustavo Aroyo-Lopez, is behind bars on suspicion of murder after he was arrested in San Francisco last Friday. He is due in court this morning
