Two Arrested in Santa Rosa for Drugs, Guns, and Identify Theft

Santa Rosa police have arrested two people for crimes related to identity theft, drugs, and guns. On Wednesday, police contacted Corey Crabtree and her roommate, Jimmy Freebury after Crabtree didn’t show up to a sentencing hearing related to a commercial burglary this past February. Freebury was out of custody and on bail for a pending felony assault case which allowed police to search the residence on the 1300-block of Townview Avenue. Inside, they found several items including drugs, drug paraphernalia, personal ID belonging to identity theft victims, ammunition, and an unserialized assault weapon. Both Crabtree and Freebury were convicted felons, and prohibited from possessing ammunition and firearms.
