President Biden is just hours away from arriving in San Francisco. He’ll be here until Friday for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit, known as APEC. Today he’ll host representatives from 21 member economies and then attend a fundraising dinner. Tomorrow, the eyes of the world will be watching his meeting with China’s president, and then on Thursday he’ll give a speech to top CEOs. Security is obviously at the highest level as more than 20-thousand people are expected to attend the summit.
