A woman accused of killing her mother recorded a TikTok video of herself holding a knife while inside Santa Rosa Police Department headquarters. The 28-year-old woman from San Rafael, Tonantzyn Oris Beltran, then live-streamed a video of herself stabbing her mother to death on Monday. The ten-minute TikTok video recorded at the police station was posted just a few hours before the stabbing. She recorded her mother talking to a police officer inside the station’s lobby, then briefly showed herself holding a knife. It appears officers never noticed the knife. Santa Rosa police had arrested Beltran after a car chase early Sunday.
