New Solar Panels at Sonoma County Airport (County of Sonoma and Forefront Power)

The NTSB is revealing the likely cause of a crash that killed two people on a small plane that took off from Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport. A new report says the Hawaii-bound plane likely had a fuel transfer issue when it crashed into the ocean near Half Moon Bay last May 20th. After flying more than 350 miles off the California coast, the pilot reported they were having trouble accessing the plane’s extra fuel. The pilot decided to turn around and come back, but crashed before being able to land.
