Gabe Osburn (Santa Rosa)
The interim chief of Santa Rosa’s planning department is getting the job on a permanent basis. Gabe Osburn held the position on an interim basis for the past four months. He is now the city’s Director of Planning and Economic Development. Osburn has been a Santa Rosa city employee for 27 years.
