The push to build a new California city takes another step today. A ballot measure will be submitted that could be voted on in November. The company behind the plan wants to turn more than 60-thousand acres of Solano County farmland into a city of 50-thousand people, eventually growing to 400-thousand. This would be between Sacramento and San Francisco with homes, schools, retail, parks, public transit and at least 15-thousand jobs.
