State Senator Bill Dodd Isn’t Sold on Developers’ Proposed City in Solano County

North Bay State Senator Bill Dodd says he isn’t sold on a proposed new city by private land developers. California Forever has proposed the creation of a new city with rural land they bought in Solano County worth over $800-million dollars. Senator Dodd, whose district includes all of Solano County, says there are a lot of unresolved issues with this plan like traffic. He added “We shouldn’t gloss over very important public policy considerations that will have generational impacts.” California Forever is now seeking signatures to place a ballot measure in the November Election to create the city.
