One person is injured after a DUI driver was involved in a crash in Petaluma. On Wednesday night, a crash was reported in the middle of the intersection of Frates Road and Lakeville Highway. Upon arrival, police contacted 63-year-old Phillip Chaney, who was one of the drivers, and determined that he was under the influence of alcohol. A 52-year-old woman was injured and taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. After being medically cleared, Chaney was arrested for DUI collision with injury.
