Two men in Ukiah were arrested hours apart for two separate vehicle crashes. Last Thursday morning, Aaron Brian Norbury hit a curve and crashed into a car, rolling over the top of it before coming to a stop. Norbury was arrested on drunk driving charges while the two women in the other car were taken to hospitals. One had to be cut from the wreckage and was flown out of the county for hospitalization. Six hours later, a truck crashed into the side of a pool house at Days Inn in the same area. Police recognized the empty truck from a hit-and-run crash just two weeks earlier in the area of Lake Mendocino Drive. After reviewing surveillance footage, police found the driver, John Glenn Bostick, walking north on nearby railroad tracks where he was arrested for hit-and-run.
