A 64-year-old man from Windsor is behind bars on suspicion of possessing and transporting meth in Santa Rosa. Ronald Lamb was pulled over on Highway 101 on Sunday morning. Authorities say officers found about four pounds of suspected meth on the passenger-side floorboard of his car. Narcotics detectives later searched Lamb’s home, where they found another two ounces of suspected meth, plus packaging materials. Detectives believe Lamb is part of a drug trafficking organization that has allegedly been distributing large amounts of meth in Santa Rosa and the surrounding cities.
