Another Atmospheric River Hitting Northern California Next Week

An atmospheric river could pound Northern California with rain for several days next week. The National Weather Service is predicting above normal rainfall between January 30th and February 5th. The storm system could also bring powerful winds of up to 35-miles-per-hour and snow. There’s a high risk of localized flooding and landslides as well. The NWS says it’s too early to give specific details about the amount of rain that’s expected to fall.
