A man has died from a gunshot wound in a Rohnert Park shopping center parking lot. Yesterday evening at about 6:30, a passerby on the 900 block of Golf Course Drive called 911 saying they heard what sounded like a gunshot and then found a man laying on the ground in the parking lot of the shopping center. Emergency personnel arrived to find the victim on the ground had suffered a gunshot wound to the chest. They attempted life-saving efforts but the man was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity hasn’t been released. No arrests have been made.
