Fire at Santa Rosa AirBnB House Displaces Ten People

Ten people have escaped a house fire at a Santa Rosa home being used as an Airbnb rental. Early Saturday morning, a fire broke out at a two-story house at 4626 Montgomery Drive with smoke alarms alerting the occupants. Thankfully, none of them were hurt. Firefighters were able to contain the blaze to the attic area where the fire concentrated around a large HVAC unit on the roof. About $75,000 in damages were done. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
