Gas prices in Sonoma County are going up, but not by much. On average, a gallon of regular gas costs four-dollars, 68-cents, up a penny from Sunday. A week ago, the average price was a cent higher and a month ago it was nearly 20 cents higher. Napa County has the most expensive average gas price in the North Bay, at four-69. The statewide average is four-51 per gallon.
