A Message to KSRO Listeners:
Dear valued listeners, Monday at approximately 8 AM, our station group experienced a complete failure of a studio to transmitter link device at one of our tower sites. This has resulted in KSRO and three sister stations being off the air since that time. We continue to stream our regular programming online and on our station apps. We have no indication at this time that this failure was weather related or due to any external or internal power issue. While our engineering team worked diligently all day to find an interim solution, it has become apparent that on air broadcasting cannot be restored, until we have a qualified professional climber available to climb the tower and replace the device that failed. That climber is due to start work Tuesday morning at 7:30 and we expect to be back on air at some point on Tuesday. In the meantime, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
