All Crew Members Safe After Fishing Boat Runs Aground Near Bodega Bay

The U.S. Coast Guard is continuing its investigation after a 58-foot fishing boat ran aground near Bodega Bay. The San Francisco-based Aleutian Storm ended up on South Salmon Creek Beach late Friday night. All four crew members who were onboard were not injured and got off the boat safely. The boat was holding about 15-hundred gallons of diesel fuel, but authorities say there are no signs of a spill. It’s not clear how the boat ended up on the beach.
