Petaluma Police Arrest Suspected Drug Dealer with Over 90 Grams of Meth

A man with a false vehicle registration has been arrested for possessing drugs for sale in Petaluma. On Wednesday night, an officer noticed a vehicle with a false registration tab as well as an incorrect license plate. They pulled the vehicle over on the 5000 Block of Montero Way and identified the driver as 60-year-old Todd Shipley. The officer searched the vehicle and Shipley and found over 90 grams of meth packaged for sale. Shipley was also in possession of drug paraphernalia, misappropriated debit cards and California identification cards. He was charged with having a controlled substance for sale, drug paraphernalia and misappropriation of property.
