A Petaluma driver who has already been arrested multiple times for DUI has been arrested again for DUI. Last Friday night, an officer saw a vehicle speeding, making unsafe, and abrupt lane changes through traffic. The officer pulled the driver over and contacted the driver 50-year-old Miguel Angel Fernandez-Hernandez, who provided a false name. The reason the officer knew Hernandez lied about his name was because the same officer had arrested Hernandez twice for DUI in the past and recognized him. Hernandez, who is on two counts of DUI probation, showed signs of alcohol intoxication and displayed impairment on Field Sobriety Tests. Along with several other charges, he was arrested for DUI… again.
