We will get an update on California’s water supplies today. Governor Newsom will be in El Dorado County for the fourth snow survey. This is considered the most important one of the year because it’s when the snowpack typically reaches its peak. Right now, the snowpack across the Sierra Nevada stands at 105-percent of average, and the state’s major reservoirs are at 116-percent of average levels. But that number will rise as the snow melts. The state continues to remain drought-free thanks to a wave of winter storms.
