Permit Sonoma is asking for clarification regarding the redevelopment project at the Sonoma Developmental Center. The Press Democrat reports that Permit Sonoma is seeking a multitude of clarifications and additional information in a 25-page “completeness review letter” from the development team, Eldridge Renewal. Topics they want addressed include bicycle access, sewage disposal, drainage, parking and a wide range of other subjects. Elridge has 90 days to respond from when Permit Sonoma submitted the clarification request on March 15th. Keith Rogal with Eldridge Renewal said they will hit the deadline and offer “clear and detailed responses on all the topics raised.”
