A teacher at American Canyon High School is behind bars on suspicion of sexually exploiting a student. Forty-one-year-old Brad Rowell was arrested on campus on Tuesday. Police say he communicated with a minor with the intent of committing a sex crime, adding that the alleged crimes are “very recent.” The Napa Valley Unified School District has placed Rowell on administrative leave. The Sonoma resident is facing three felony charges.
