A group of women accusing former Windsor Mayor Dominic Foppoli of sexual assault will speak at a news conference on Saturday afternoon. The women and their attorneys will speak at the Sonoma County Civil Courthouse. In late March, the California Attorney General’s Office decided not to file criminal charges against Foppoli, citing a lack of evidence. At least three civil cases against Foppoli remain active. Seven women joined one of the cases two years ago.
