California Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara is scheduled to make a stop in Santa Rosa tomorrow morning. He will speak at a news conference at the Santa Rosa Community Health Center’s Dutton Avenue Campus, promoting the recent expansion of Medi-Cal health coverage to all residents, regardless of their immigration status. Lara will be joined by Santa Rosa Mayor Natalie Rogers and other city leaders. The event will also offer a free health fair where people can sign up for Medi-Cal on the spot. It all begins at ten o’clock tomorrow morning.
