An 83-year-old man is dead after a tractor accident on private property just northwest of Santa Rosa. The California Highway Patrol says the man was found dead by a family member just before four o’clock Tuesday afternoon. Authorities say the man was driving the tractor, got out, and was hit by it. The tractor then kept rolling until it crashed into a metal building.
