This weekend is expected to be a rainy one in the North Bay. Inland areas, like Santa Rosa, could get up to a half-inch of rain between eleven o’clock tomorrow night and five o’clock Sunday afternoon. The rain could impact several special events happening in Sonoma County this weekend, including Sunday’s 15th annual Roseland Cinco de Mayo Festival in Santa Rosa. Since the start of the year, Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport has recorded more than 24-and-a-half-inches of rain. That’s four-and-a-half inches above normal.
