Santa Rosa is eighth on a list of metropolitan areas where Gen Z renters and homebuyers will pay the most for housing by the time they turn 30-years-old. According to data from Rent Cafe, Gen Z Santa Rosa residents will pay more than 217-thousand-dollars in rent by the time they reach the age of 30. Santa Rosa also cracked the top ten on another list related to high home-buying costs.
