The bar Jamison’s Roaring Donkey could be evicted from the building it occupies in Petaluma. The landlord gave the owners until Thursday to produce an updated security plan or vacate the property. It’s unclear if either of those things has happened. A notice was posted on the entrance to the building on Monday and gave the owners of the Roaring Donkey three days to deliver on one of the two options. Landlord Evan Dailey says, by not providing an updated security plan, the owners of the bar have breached a material term of their written rental agreement.
