A man accused of shooting a two-year-old boy to death in Clearlake has been arrested in Sonoma County. Thirty-one-year-old Fernando Lugo-Garcia was arrested on Wednesday. Clearlake police say he shot the boy to death during a party on March 23rd, then fled the scene. Lugo-Garcia lives in Santa Rosa but was arrested in Petaluma. He is being held in Lake County Jail.
