The Luther Burbank Rose Parade returns tomorrow after a five year hiatus. The parade starts at 10 AM Saturday morning on 4th Street near Fremont Park in Santa Rosa and will end at B Street. The theme this year is a Trek Thru Time. Everyone’s favorite beagle, Snoopy, will be the Grand Marshal for the parade. A festival will follow the parade at Old Courthouse Square with live music, performances, games, crafts, kids’ activities, food and more.
