A woman from Glen Ellen is facing several charges on suspicion of causing a deadly car crash near Santa Rosa. Serina Rogers, who appeared in court on Tuesday, is facing two felony and eight misdemeanor charges. The charges include gross vehicular manslaughter, driving under the influence of drugs causing injury, and possessing a narcotic. Rogers is accused of killing a 56-year-old woman from Santa Rosa in a head-on crash on Guerneville Road on May 13th. Rogers, who suffered major injuries, remains behind bars without bail.
