DUI crash scene at 380 Windsor River Road in Windsor 5-21-24 (Windsor Police)
A Windsor man was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving under the influence after crashing a vehicle into a Windsor business. Police responded to a report just after 9:30 a.m. that a vehicle drove into a hair salon on Windsor Road just south of the Town Green. No injuries were reported. The vehicle was empty but police found a man, who identified himself as the driver, sitting on a bench near the crash. The man’s blood alcohol content was more than four times the legal limit. The man, Jeffrey Allen Kent, was arrested and booked into the Sonoma County jail in Santa Rosa on suspicion of DUI.
