Sebastopol has approved a housing project at the north end of town that could bring up to 96 housing units to the city. The city’s Design Review Board approved final details of the project during a May 28th meeting with City Ventures, the developer behind the second largest housing development in Sebastopol in recent years. The development is on a 6.1-acre plot off of Highway 116 between Sebastopol Independent Charter School, the West County Regional Trail and single family homes on Hurlbut Avenue and Winona Lane. The goal of the project is to cater to the city’s senior citizens and first-time homebuyers.
