Dessert dish from SingleThread in Healdsburg (Michelle Marques)
A three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Healdsburg is getting more praise.
The World’s 50 Best Restaurants were unveiled this week with SingleThread making the list at number 46. Led by Kyle and Katina Connaughton, SingleThread previously made the list in 2021 at 37th and in 2022 at 50th. Chef Kyle oversees the kitchen, presenting an exquisite tasting menu with a strong Japanese influence. Katina runs the couple’s nearby 24-acre farm, from which most of the restaurant’s produce is sourced.
The number one ranked restaurant in the world this year was Disfrutar in Barcelona, Spain. The only other US restaurant that made the list was Atomix in New York City at 6th overall.
