A man was shot dead and several others were stabbed during a large fight at Lake Berryessa on Saturday. The Napa County Sheriff’s Office reports the fight began around 5:30 p.m. at the Oak Shores Day Use area. Two stabbing victims were airlifted to hospitals; one remains hospitalized. The shooting victim, who is identified as 39-year-old Fabian Sandoval Garcia, died at the scene. Police say after the fight broke out, a man retrieved a gun from his car and shot Garcia. He fled but was detained and is hospitalized with stab wounds.
