The search is on for whoever caused a Napa County hit-and-run. The California Highway Patrol responded Saturday afternoon in Yountville, right in front of Silverado Vineyards. Officers say the driver ran off after crossing into the opposite lane and slamming head-on with another car. The crash killed that driver and injured a passenger. Three others in the suspect’s car were also hurt.
