Lake Sonoma
A prescribed burn will be taking place at Lake Sonoma from today through Friday. It is a multi agency burn which will also act as a training exercise for today and tomorrow. About 70 acres of grass will be targeted during training. On Friday, a continuous burn will occur within the Half-a-Canoe trail of up to 288 acres. If the weather or vegetation isn’t right for burning, the burns will be rescheduled.
