A former American Canyon High School teacher is facing a new set of charges. That’s after a second student accused Brad Rowell of sexual abuse. The new case brings the total number of charges filed against Rowell to 25. In April, Napa County prosecutors charged Rowell with 21 crimes for the alleged sexual abuse of a 16-year-old girl. The second girl was younger than the age of 14 at the time of the alleged sexual abuse, which court documents say happened in Stanislaus County between August of 2008 and January of 2010. Rowell has pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.
