Fire in Lakeport Damages One Structure and Causes Small Evacuation

One structure has been damaged in a small fire in Lakeport that forced evacuations. Yesterday, the Armstrong Fire burned in a residential area of Armstrong and Tunis streets which threatened a structure and went into vegetation. It was stopped and fully contained by 4 PM with the small evacuation order and advisory lifted an hour later. There is no word on what structure was damaged. There were no injuries.
