The Napa County District Attorney’s Office has charged American Canyon High School Principal Andrew Goff with failing to report suspected child abuse in connection with molestation allegations against former track and field coach, Brad Rowell, and a student. Goff is considered a mandated reporter and by law has to report suspected cases. Rowell was charged with 25 felony counts. Rowell pleaded not guilty to all counts.
