The pizza chain Mod Pizza, which has several locations in the North Bay, could soon be filing for bankruptcy. Bloomberg reports that the announcement could come as soon as this week citing a source familiar with the company’s plan. Mod Pizza responded saying they are exploring several options and “it would be inappropriate to speculate about an outcome.” The fast-casual pizza restaurant has over 500 locations across the country, including one in Santa Rosa that opened in 2018. They also have locations in Napa and Vallejo.
