A Napa County supervisor’s temporary restraining order against a winery executive is staying in place. On Tuesday, a judge decided not to overturn the restraining order, which was secured by Supervisor Belia Ramos in late June. The restraining order is scheduled to expire on July 15th, when another court hearing is scheduled. Ramos has the restraining order against Debra Dommen, a high-ranking official at Treasury Wine Estates in Napa. Ramos claims Dommen distributed a confidential document connected with a child welfare investigation involving Ramos and her oldest daughter. Dommen allegedly did it to convince residents not to vote for Ramos in the March county supervisors’ election.
