The Petaluma City Council appointed several residents to serve on the city’s commissions, committees and boards at its meetings on June 17th and July 15th. That includes the newly formed Public Safety Advisory Committee, which aims for citizen oversight and strengthening community trust in the Petaluma Police Department. The city appointed over 30 Petaluma residents to 12 committees, commissions and boards.
