Closing arguments are underway in the trial of a man accused of raping and torturing three foster children at his home in Rohnert Park. Jose Centeno, who was arrested nearly four years ago, has been on trial since last month. On Tuesday, Sonoma County Deputy District Attorney Ashley Hendon showed the jury photos of two of the children in torn clothes, with bruises on their bodies. The third child disappeared in 2012, when she was ten-years-old. Centeno is facing a long list of charges, including three counts each of torture and kidnapping for ransom. He is also facing eight charges in connection with the alleged rape and sexual abuse of the children.
