Two People Arrested in Petaluma After Being Found with Fentanyl, Drugs, and a Handgun

Two people were arrested with 500 suspected fentanyl pills, a loaded gun, and more drugs in Petaluma Sunday night. Deputies responded to a pickup truck towing a trailer was parked against traffic with hazard lights flashing. The driver was slumped over the steering wheel and wasn’t moving, and reached for the center console when the deputies tried to wake him. They noticed a bag of crystalline substance in the car, and proceeded to find a 500 fentanyl pills, a pistol, bags of fentanyl powder, and over 92 grams of suspected methamphetamine. 61-year-old Kayne Enyeart and 52-year-old Deanna Welsh were booked on a litany of charges.
