San Francisco is gearing up for a busy weekend with the Outside Lands Music Festival and a visit from Vice President Kamala Harris. City officials warn of chaotic traffic due to road closures for the events. The music festival in Golden Gate Park is expected to draw at least 75,000 attendees daily from Friday to Sunday. Harris will arrive on Saturday for a private fundraiser and leave on Sunday. To manage the influx, transit agencies are increasing Muni bus and rail services and adding taxi stands and bike and scooter share options.
